According to the Australian Psychological Society; Psychologists fulfil a therapeutic role, assessing their clients concerns and life circumstances; and offer support, advice and treatment to address client issues.

No referral is required to see our Psychologists. QPG does however accept referrals from Medicare, Private Health Funds and Work Cover QLD. If you are referred with a Mental Health Care Plan via your GP, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions.

Our current appointment times are by appointment only. We do however endeavour to offer a wide variety of appointment times and days, including after hours and weekends.

Fees can vary depending on the service and length of consult. A standard consultation at QPG is $225. We are also able to provide in-clinic Private Health or Medicare rebates, for eligible clients.

QPG are primarily focused on providing clinical services to adults, families and couples. We do however have a triaging process for ages 13 – 17, where if clinically appropriate, we have a small selection of therapists who may have capacity to accept adolescent rereferrals.

Unfortunately, QPG does not offer medicolegal reports and/or any reports for legal purposes.
