Common presenting problems include coping and adjustment; managing a chronic disease; or increasing positive health behaviours to promote health and wellbeing. Some common target areas include:

  • Infertility and Pregnancy

  • Significant Health Events.

With passion and lived experience in Elite Sports and Performance; some of our Psychologists at QPG provide performance-based Psychology and Coaching services for sports competitors and coaches. We work with both elite and amateur sportsman and woman; where some of the common areas we focus on to enhance performance include:
